The apartment doesn’t correspond to its presentation
It may happen that the apartment won’t correspond to its presentation at the time the reservation request was created (for example there are fewer beds than was presented on photos/virtual tour/description). If this difference makes your stay really unpleasant or even impossible, you have the right to not handover the apartment (see Article …). In this case, please, contact us as soon as possible on the contacts mentioned above, we will solve the whole situation together.
The apartment was/is really dirty
Generally, we do not recommend to handover this apartment at all and follow the steps as in the case the apartment doesn’t correspond to its presentation. However, if the apartment was taken over, you are entitled to a 500 CZK as a cost for the additional cleaning according to the lease agreement.
The landlord wants to pay a deposit
Although all our landlords are familiar with the fact that on Flatio is no deposit for the stays shorter than 90 days, it may happen that the payment of the deposit will be required at the apartment handover. As we do not prohibit our landlords from collecting deposits, it is up to you whether you will be able to pay for it or not. If not, you can take the advantage of your rights according to the lease agreement and refuse to handover the apartment under the conditions specified by the landlord (the deposit in this case).
