Can I decline a reservation request? How does the 3 Rejections Rule work?

    Hi, could you please advise, I have a reservation request but not for the dates my apartment is available. It was in my description that my apartment is available from an exact date till an exact date. 

    The problem is, my calendar before failed to refresh although I have set it twice for these dates, that is why I decided to put the dates into my descrition of the apartment (it is the very first sentence with capital letters, so I doubt teh guest has not seen it when booking). I have asked for help from you at the "Leave us a message" box on the site before this request, it has been sent, I know but I have not got any answer back.

    When I got the request yesterday I could change my calendar to the date, interestingly.

    I do not think this is my fault, since I have noted to Flatio my Calendar is not refreshing itself somehow.

    I also have to mention that I have sent 2 emails so far to the potential guest about this issue but have not heard from him since.
