If the tenant leaves your property in an irretrievable state (i.e., one that needs part of the day or even a cleaning service to set right), you can ask the tenant to pay a fee of 500 CZK for additional cleaning.
In this case, please contact the tenant (again ideally through the Messages in the My Rentals app or through the email address where our customer support is attached as a copy recipient) and refer to the relevant section in the rental agreement.
We believe that the tenant will satisfy you in this situation, but again it is better to have the evidence in the form of photographs when handing over the housing at the beginning and end of the lease.
