Yes. If the rented apartment does not match the information on the Flatio portal from the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord (upon completion, the current status of the offer will be saved in the system database), you can withdraw from the lease agreement by 20:00 hours of the day following the day on which the apartment was physically handovered. Therefore, if the handover takes place during Tuesday, for example, you have the right to withdraw the lease agreement by 10 pm on Wednesday due to non-corresponding with the website.
In case of non-corresponding with the data in the web presentation, you are entitled to a refund of both the first rent as well as the service and reservation fee, as the lease agreement is terminated from the beginning.
What to do in this case?
If the booked apartment does not correspond to the presentation on the Flatio portal from the time the booking request was sent to the landlord, immediately notify customer support either by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (+420 228 886 510). Describe exactly where the discrepancy occurred and attach evidence (in this case, photographs of the housing you booked) - customer support will contact you as soon as possible.
The possibility of withdrawal from the lease agreement expires at the moment when you confirm the non-problematic handover of an apartment or at the expiry of the withdrawal period (ie until 20:00 the day following the handover of apartment).
