How to go about it
Start by creating a new WhatsApp contact with the number +44 7723 495945. You can name this contact Flatio if you’d like. After selecting this contact in your WhatsApp contact list, a new chat will open, where you can type your message for our customer support. After you hit send, a new request will be created in the system our customer support uses for communicating with clients. Don’t worry; however - you will receive the answer to your question via the WhatsApp chat, which you used to contact us.
The first message rule
Due to customer protection rules, this integration with WhatsApp only allows clients to initiate the conversation. As such, Flatio can't send you the first message, so if you have a question for our customer support, you will need to be the one to contact us.
The 24 hours rule
After you send the first message, our customer support has 24 hours to respond. If a response doesn’t come within this timeframe, e.g., because of heavy workload or due to the query being received outside of working hours, the WhatsApp message will automatically be locked, and it will no longer be possible to respond to it via our system. In such cases, our customer support will strive to contact you either via your WhatsApp phone number or via an alternative phone number/email if you have provided us with these.
However, if it seems to you that the probability of receiving a swift response from our customer support is low (typically on weekends or outside working hours), you can also contact Flatio via phone or email and be sure that your message will be answered as soon as possible.
